Great customer service and a good product range. We have purchased tap ware/ bathroom towel rails here over the years – but most recently we were having trouble with our bath spout (purchased elsewhere). I got great practical advice and some new screws and its working perfectly.

Carlos has been fantastic to deal with. Helpful and knowledgeable

Helmex sell quality products at competitive prices. Carlos gives great customer service. He has a terrific understanding of products available and has given us trusted advice to resolve some tricky renovation issues.

Needed to replace a toilet door handle and Carlos explained and provided recommendations that were pocket friendly and of high quality. Love shopping experiences like this.
