Great customer service and a good product range. We have purchased tap ware/ bathroom towel rails here over the years – but most recently we were having trouble with our bath spout (purchased elsewhere). I got great practical advice and some new screws and its working perfectly.

Excellent service, we were able to find everything we needed here. Carlos was so helpful, knowledgeable and never tried to upsell us. He just listened to our needs and guided us to find the right items. He also promptly ordered all our items to ensure they arrived as quickly as possible. Very happy and cannot more highly recommend! Wow the service that we have received on more then one occasion with Carlos was beyond expectations!! We have used Helmex for commercial and residential and we could not be happier with the quality of all fitting for our kitchens and bathrooms.
